Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the cookware is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all manuals or accessories before our courier partner arrives for pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a pickup from your doorstep within 48-72 hours of your return request being approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
